So often, though, our goals don't align with what truly motivates us - and we lose sight of them as the day-to-day demands of the work we do take precedence.

In this six week course, together we'll work to identify your goals in terms that matter to you - and create actionable steps to meet them.

Work-Life Balance? What does that even mean? Overwhelmingly, the most common questions I receive are focused on time management. Together we'll take a look at your current approach to managing your schedule - and where you can create efficiencies using systems.

Know where you want to go but not sure if you're on the right track? Let's learn how to measure your progress so you can redirect as necessary and stay on course.

Are your priorities in view as the challenges of your day present? You'll learn smart measures of accountability - and how to hold yourself to them!

And, when this journey doesn't go as planned - and your experience tells you it often doesn't - throughout this program, we'll focus on building our confidence in our ability to be successful in our sales careers.

Bound & Determined: To Plan is a six week program for female and non-binary identifying insurance salespeople. Each Friday, you'll access a new module where content is provided for your viewing - on your terms. Homework is provided - and while optional, completing it will ensure you receive the maximum value from your participation in the program. Each Wednesday, a group call is held during which we take a deeper dive into that week's content, and how it relates to your experience.  We'll always leave time to talk through any other items that may be on your mind.

How do I know if this course is for me?

This course is for female and non-binary identifying insurance salespeople with less than five years of experience in insurance sales. It's for you if you're ready to leverage tools and techniques to achieve success - as you define it - in your insurance sales career.

How is this course different than other sales training courses?

Inside this course, you'll learn modern techniques for goal setting, time management and adding systems to your business to create efficiency. This solid foundation ensures your time and energy are focused on meeting the goal in front of you. In addition to the content provided, you'll gain community and collaboration with other female and non-binary identifying individuals through group coaching sessions. 

If you're looking for a "five step system to 10x your business overnight," this course isn't for you. 

Do you offer any discounts?

It's important that the information provided in this course is accessible to you. Scholarships are available; complete your application here. Once your application has been reviewed, we'll reach out to you with next steps.

What if I'm not satisfied after I complete the course?

If you're not happy with the information you've learned in this course, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve. Note that a refund of the course fee is not available.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Nope! Many variables affect your ability to be successful in a career in insurance sales. The concepts introduced in this course will position you best for success, but, as many variables can affect outcomes, a guarantee of results is not offered.

I don't identify as female or non-binary. Can I still access the course?

It's important that we make space for women in insurance sales - but the content offered here is valuable for all people in insurance sales. Contact Meg to learn more about the one-on-one coaching and workshop facilitation offered by Adjunct Advisors.

I'm a financial advisor. Is this program for me?

This program is customized for those actively selling traditional insurance products - property & casualty, including personal and business insurance, life insurance and employee benefit products. Unfortunately, financial advisors won't realize the full value of the course for this reason.

Can I buy this course individually and then share it with my team?

In order to protect the integrity of the program, please don't share your credentials with your teammates. Feel free to contact Meg to discuss the ways we can deliver this course to your team or group.

I'm a manager and would like to enroll one of my salespeople - or I'm a salesperson but would like my manager to pay for my registration. What do I do?

Meet Meg

Celebrating her 20th year in the insurance industry, two years ago, Meg did the unthinkable and quit her job without a job. Gasp! Who does that?

With the basic belief that the people who buy - and sell - insurance deserve a better experience, this was a pivotal decision that led to the launch of her consulting firm, Adjunct Advisors LLC, in 2018, through which she offers thoughtfully curated solutions for the development of insurance sales professionals.
